Pathways Behavioral Services is a nonprofit corporation licensed by the Iowa Department of Public Health and nationally accredited by CARF. We promise to serve all patients; offer discounted fees for patients who qualify; not deny services based on a person's race, color, sex, national origin, disability, religion or sexual orientation; accept insurance including Medicaid, Medicare, Children's Health Insurance Program (CHIP) or inability to pay. Pregnant women seeking substance use disorder services receive priority in admission.
